As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance teaching quality and academic standards, Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) organized a comprehensive Faculty Training Workshop on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) on May 2, 2025, under the leadership of the Directorate of Academics.
This full-day session marked the first step towards launching a structured Training and Development Program for faculty and staff; the workshop aimed to build capacity in designing and implementing OBE principles. Also, aligning learning outcomes, curriculum planning, and assessment strategies to meet modern educational demands.
The workshop was attended by faculty members, including lab instructors, and was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Usman Rashid, Dean of Civil and Architectural Engineering Technology, an experienced resource person. Interactive sessions, practical exercises, and discussions ensured a productive and engaging learning environment.
