How to apply for a particular Bonafied Certificate?

A Bonafied Certificate can be received from Examination Branch PTUT Lahore by submitting “Degree-Transcript- SGS-Provisional etc. Form available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section after depositing prescribed fee within 03 Days. .

How to apply for an Incomplete Transcript?

An Incomplete Transcript can be received from Examination Branch PTUT Lahore by submitting “Degree-Transcript- SGS-Provisional etc. Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section after depositing prescribed fee. A completely filled Form along with required documents be submitted at Student Facilitation Center PTUT Lahore during the office hours and required document will be received from the same place after due course of time (Max. 07 Days) for all the notified results. .

How to apply for a Transcript?

A Transcript can be received from Examination Branch PTUT Lahore by submitting “Degree-Transcript- SGS-Provisional etc. Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section and depositing prescribed fee. A completely filled Form along with required documents be submitted at Student Facilitation Center PTUT Lahore during the office hours and required document will be received from the OFFICE OF THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS after due course of time provided that Comprehensive Result has been notified, copy of Clarence Certificate has been attached along with all other necessary documents. .

How to apply for Summer Semester?

Summer Semester is an optional Semester. University may offer Summer Semester only if Department has sufficient resources and can offer optional Summer Semester. Student can apply for summer semester (If Offered) by submitting “Summer Semester Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. .

How to apply for Re-Mid?

If student has got proper approval from the appropriate level for Re-Mid due to some Valid Reasons then Student can apply for Retake of Mid Term Examination by submitting “Re-Mid Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on the form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. .

How to get freezing of a Semester?

If student has some valid reasons and want to get freeze one or Two Consecutive Semesters, the Student can apply for Freezing of Semester (s) by submitting “Freezing-Semester-Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. .

How to apply for I-Grade?

If student has some valid unforeseen reasons and cannot appear in Final Term Examinations. Student has to get proper approval for I-Grade with in due time, then Student can apply for approval of I-Grade by submitting “I-Grade Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. After the approval of I-Grade all such papers are needed to passed before the next End Term Examinations otherwise all subjects will be marked as “F” Grade. .

How to get Relegation to Lower Entry?

If student has some valid reasons for Willing Relegation or need to get Relegation to Lower Entry or due to Academic Deficiency, then Student can apply for Relegation by submitting “Relegation Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. .

How to apply for Rechecking of Paper(s)?

If student has passed/failed a paper and want to confirm about the calculation of Marks, then Student can apply for Rechecking of Paper(s) by submitting “Rechecking Form” available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. Rechecking only means recalculation but not re-evaluation. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. .

How to apply for Casual Student Registration?

If student has passed all the degree requirements but need to improve CGPA or has failed in some regular papers and has taken these courses as an additional course or want to take some courses, then Student has to apply for such reasons by submitting “Casual Student Registration Form” before the Comprehensive Notification of Result. Form is available on PTUT website in Examinations Download Section. All instruction given on form and prevailing Policy of the University will apply. After Comprehensive Notification of Result improvement in CGPA is not allowed at all. .
