Punjab Tianjin University of Technology Lahore was inaugurated by Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on 23rd March. The launching ceremony was held at auditorium of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology. The ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor PTUT Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, education minister Punjab Rana Mashood, Chief Secretary Punjab, Head TEVTA Mr. Irfan Qaiser sheikh, Minister Industries Punjab govt. Advisor CM Punjab & VC ITU dr. Umer Saif, students from PTUT, faculty members from Punjab Tianjin University of Technology and other dignitaries . Talking to students from video link Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif appreciated the efforts of PTUT staff and consultancy departments for their efforts to materialize the vision of developing Pakistan’s first ever Technology university. VC PTUT Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid really appreciated the team members, faculty and different departments of Punjab government for their support and efforts for PTUT. A large number of faculty members from Tianjin University china also attended the inauguration ceremony and conveyed their best wishes for newly established university.
