Capacity Building Training for University Management:
The National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC), in collaboration with Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), organized a five-day capacity-building training program from November 11th to 15th, 2024, at PTUT, Lahore.
Training Objective:
The training aimed to enhance the skills and performance of university management professionals, focusing on the following key areas:
• Procurement Planning
• Business Communication
• Leadership, Policy and Strategy
• Financial Management
• Good Governance & Workplace Ethics
• Interpersonal Skills
Opening Ceremony:
Dr. Noor Amna Malik, Managing Director (NAHE), HEC Islamabad, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. She emphasized the significance of this training and interacted with participants as well as students.
